Please keep in mind the nature of handmade goods. There will always be slight variations in surface details, color and texture. These inherent qualities are not considered defects.
However, If you purchase a design that arrives damaged in transit or is defective(below our standard of quality)due to human error during production, we will make it right by adhering to our “Exchange, Adjustment or Correction” policy.
Otherwise, All Sales are final.
Custom Designs: Because each piece is custom designed and created specifically for you based on your unique specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges. We ensure your satisfaction by providing progress photos and final, approval images before the art ships, making all sales final upon arrival.
All Wearables: Due to the personal & hygienic nature of our wearables, all of the following are final: semi precious metal jewelry, wooden jewelry, textile jewelry, textile accessories, hats,headwear,belts or apparel. We cannot risk reselling an item that has been in contact with customers' skin. This ensures the wellbeing of our clients.
We will happily process Exchanges, Adjustments or Corrections for items exhibiting a verifiable defect or a significant agreed-upon quality discrepancy. Strictly limited to specific product quality discrepancies or defects. The issue must be reported within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

If approved, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return.

Upon receiving and confirming the defect, a replacement product will be shipped to you.
